Role Description

Full-time M&A Associate role based in Notting Hill, London.

We are seeking an individual with M&A Investment Banking / Transaction Services experience to help drive deals from inception through to execution.

The role will include:

1. Process Coordination
2. Coordinating internal processes and team members
3. Dealing with investors and business owners
4. Valuation modelling and forecasting

Execution of M&A Diligence Processes

1. Liaising with business owners and their accountants to address Due Diligence requests
2. Liaising with Private Equity investors and their Due Diligence partners during the execution process

Prepare marketing materials (PowerPoint)

• Assist in preparing marketing materials for investors, such as slides highlighting companies we are representing
