Full-time M&A Associate role based in Notting Hill, London.

We are seeking someone with M&A Investment Banking / Transaction Services experience to help drive deals from inception to execution.

The role includes:

1. Process Coordination:

• Coordinating internal processes and team members
• Dealing with investors and business owners
• Valuation modelling and forecasting

1. Execution of M&A Diligence Processes:

• Liaising with business owners and accountants to address Due Diligence requests
• Coordinating with Private Equity investors and Due Diligence partners

Assist in preparing marketing materials for investors, such as slides highlighting companies we represent.
