Role Description

Full-time M&A Associate role based in Notting Hill, London.

We are seeking an individual with M&A Investment Banking / Transaction Services experience to help drive deals from inception through to execution.

The role will include:

1. Process Coordination
   • Coordinating internal processes and team members
   • Dealing with investors and business owners
   • Valuation modelling and forecasting
2. Execution of M&A Diligence Processes
   • Liaising with business owners and their accountants to address Due Diligence requests
   • Liaising with Private Equity investors and their Due Diligence partners during the execution process
3. Preparation of marketing materials (PowerPoint)
   • Assisting in preparing marketing materials for investors, such as slides highlighting companies we are representing
