Role Description

Full-time M&A Associate role based in Notting Hill, London.

We are looking for someone with M&A Investment Banking / Transaction Services experience, capable of driving deals from inception through to execution.

The role will include:

(i) Process Coordination

  • Coordinating internal processes / team members
  • Dealing with investors and business owners
  • Valuation modelling and forecasting

(ii) Execution of M&A Diligence Processes

  • Liaising with business owners and their accountants to address Due Diligence requests
  • Liaising with Private Equity investors and their Due Diligence partners during execution

(iii) Prepare marketing materials (PowerPoint)

  • Assist in preparing marketing materials for investors, e.g., slides highlighting companies we are representing
