Alvarez & Marsal in London is seeking a Tax Advisory professional to join A&M Tax, a dedicated team delivering transaction tax advice to clients across industries. The role emphasizes client relationships, complex tax concepts, and collaborative problem solving.

You will work with senior colleagues, contribute to business development, and have opportunities for international exposure and secondments within A&M’s global offices.

Qualifications

• ACA or CTA qualified
• Transactions tax advisory experience

Responsabilités

• Supporting the development of strong and ongoing client relationships
• Assisting with transaction tax advisory work across a range of engagements
• Working to understand and address tax considerations throughout the transaction lifecycle
• Demonstrate an understanding of increasingly complex tax concepts and effectively apply tax knowledge to client situations
• Identifying areas of risk for clients and supporting senior team members in developing mitigation strategies
• Liaising with tax specialists in other areas of the practice
• Supporting project delivery, including coordinating timelines and assisting with client communication
• Preparing reports, analyses and other client deliverables
• Conducting tax research and supporting technical analysis across engagements
• Assisting with business development and marketing initiatives

The ideal candidates will be engaged, entrepreneurial, action-orientated, and hands-on. The ability to quickly establish, develop and enhance internal and client relationships will be key in the collaborative network we work in at A&M.
