This role suits an experienced planning professional eager to lead projects across infrastructure, energy, transport, and development sectors while mentoring junior staff and strengthening client relationships.

Qualifications

• RTPI-accredited planning degree required.
• MRTPI status or progress toward chartership preferred.
• Experience delivering complex planning and infrastructure projects.
• Strong client relationship and bid support experience.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning projects across multiple sectors and regimes.
• Coordinate delivery within multi-disciplinary teams.
• Prepare planning applications and supporting documents.
• Provide strategic planning advice to public and private clients.
• Support business development and client relationship management.
• Mentor junior team members and collaborate cross-functionally.
