Job summary

TD Securities in London is seeking an Associate to join its Technology Investment Banking team. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of investment banking or corporate finance experience, strong modelling and communication skills, and a Bachelor's degree.

The successful candidate will play an integral role in the execution of mergers & acquisitions, strategic advisory and capital raising transactions across a broad range of technology sectors, including software, data & analytics, fintech, vertical software, industrial technology and tech-enabled services.As part of a growing global technology franchise, the Associate will work closely with senior bankers and clients on live transactions while gaining significant exposure to founder-led businesses, private equity investors and publicly listed technology companies.
