Job summary

Sky is seeking an Associate Technical Specialist for our Global Enterprise IT Client Technology team. You’ll support the secure operation of Sky’s Windows and mobile estate, handling vulnerability remediation, patching and 1st/2nd line endpoint support.

In this hybrid role, you’ll work with Technical Specialists to improve endpoint platforms, maintain clear documentation and participate in an on-call rota. The role is based in the UK with 2 days per week in the office at Osterley or Livingston.

Qualifications

• Experience managing Windows endpoints in an enterprise environment.
• Basic understanding of Microsoft Intune and endpoint security/compliance concepts.
• Strong fault-finding, diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Exposure to PowerShell, automation or API-based tooling.
• Good written and verbal communication skills, including documenting platform changes and processes.
• Collaborative approach and ability to work across technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day Unified Endpoint Management operations across Windows and mobile estate using Intune to monitor device security, compliance, configuration and patching.
• Triage and support CyberArk Endpoint Privilege Management elevation issues; escalate complex cases as needed.
• Work with Technical Specialists to support endpoint platform operations, upgrades, testing, deployments, changes and service improvement.
• Manage incidents, service requests and project tasks with first- and second-line endpoint support.
• Maintain accurate documentation for platform changes and workflows.
• Participate in the team’s out-of-hours support rota.

Whatyou'lldo:

How you’ll work

We've adopted a hybrid working approach to give more flexibility on where and how we work. The hybrid working expectations for this role are 2 days in the office per week.

Your office space:

Osterley or Livingston

Osterley: Our Osterley Campus is a 10-minute walk from Syon Lane train station. You can also use our free shuttle buses to and from Osterley, Gunnersbury, EalingBroadwayand South Ealing tube stations. The campus includes bike shelters and showers, subsidised restaurants and cafés, a Waitrose, a subsidisedgymand a cinema.

Livingston: Our Livingston campus is a free shuttle bus journey from Livingston North train station and the town centre, with onsite parking for cars,motorbikesand bicycles.You’llalso find a subsidised canteen and onsite gym.
