Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Principal Engineer to advance their career to Associate Director within a small, local design consultancy based in Southampton. The role is suitable for a Senior, Principal, or Associate Director level structural engineer with experience in residential and commercial structural design.

You will have the opportunity to manage your own office, oversee local projects from inception to completion, and lead a motivated team assisting with design and project management.

The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, with approximately 5-10 years of design experience in a consultancy setting. Mentoring graduate engineers and business development are also part of the role. Candidates who are not yet Chartered may also be considered.
