The Opportunity

We are seeking an Associate/Principal Civil Engineer to lead our established and expanding civil engineering team in the South Coast of England. Currently based in Winchester, our team will relocate to a new Arup office in Southampton in 2025.

Our Winchester/Southampton civil engineering and water team is part of Arup’s Energy, Water and Resources (EWR) group, which operates across London and the southeast. The EWR teams include approximately 130 engineers and technicians working across markets such as Transport, Energy, Water, and Industry.
