Regional Recruitment seeks an experienced Associate Structural Engineer for an established Enderby-based consultancy. Hybrid role with 3 days in-office after probation, handling projects up to £50m across sectors including commercial and residential.

Requires a BEng/MEng in Civil/Structural Engineering, 9+ years' experience, and chartership with IStructE/ICE. Excellent client liaison, leadership, and design skills are essential.

Qualifications

• BEng/MEng in Civil or Structural Engineering is required.
• Minimum 9 years' post-graduate experience.
• Chartered or working towards chartership through IStructE or ICE.
• Strong structural design experience and analysis skills.
• Experience with steel, concrete, timber and masonry.
• Proficient in relevant engineering design software.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Full driving licence and own transport.

Responsibilities

• Manage structural engineering design across a variety of projects.
• Work on commercial, residential, industrial, healthcare and education projects.
• Manage projects valued up to £50 million.
• Lead and manage a team of engineers and technicians.
• Allocate resources effectively to meet project deadlines.
• Produce accurate reports and project documentation.
• Attend meetings and liaise with clients, consultants and contractors.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with colleagues, clients and suppliers.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Provide technical input and support throughout the design process.

Regional Recruitment are recruiting for an Associate Structural Engineer to join an established engineering consultancy based in Enderby, Leicester.

This is an excellent opportunity to work on a variety of projects across the commercial, residential, industrial, healthcare and education sectors, with project values of up to £50 million.

The role offers the opportunity to take responsibility for structural design, manage projects and teams, and build strong relationships with clients, consultants and contractors.
