We're looking for an Associate or Senior Associate Employment Solicitor to join our highly regarded Employment Law Team in either our Bournemouth or London office.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team recognised by Legal 500 and work alongside experienced specialists advising both employers and employees on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters. For the right candidate, there is the opportunity to lead and further develop our Employment Law presence in Bournemouth, while collaborating with colleagues across the wider team, including regular travel to our London office.

The Role

You will manage a varied caseload of employment matters, advising both employers and employees while delivering an exceptional level of client service. Working as an Associate or Senior Associate within a growing and ambitious team, you will play a key role in developing client relationships, supporting business development activities and contributing to the continued success of the department.

This role offers a genuine opportunity to lead the Employment Law offering in Bournemouth, working closely with the Head of Department and wider team, with regular opportunities to collaborate with colleagues and clients across our London office.

About You

We're looking for someone who has:

• Qualified Solicitor status in England & Wales
• Ideally 2+ years PQE in Employment Law
• Experience advising employers and employees on a broad range of employment law matters
• Strong technical and commercial awareness
• Excellent communication and client care skills
• A proactive and collaborative approach
• An interest in business development and networking
• The ambition to help grow and develop a thriving Employment Law practice
• Desire to progress within a growing and supportive firm
