Associate Software Engineer

What will you do?
  • Design, develop and deliver technology solutions in response to real project and stakeholder needs.

  • Test and review solutions throughout the development process to ensure they perform as intended and meet the company’s quality standards.
  • Work collaboratively with engineers, project leaders, project managers and other stakeholders.
  • Communicate your approach, progress and findings clearly through meetings, reports and presentations.
  • Apply creativity, critical thinking and attention to detail when approaching complex technical problems.
What we need you to bring?
Education
  • Degree in a relevant scientific or technical field such as Software Engineering, Computer Science, or Electronic Engineering .
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with proven ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • A natural ability to solve problems, create solutions and think innovatively
  • Exposure to & a desire to work with cloud platforms and video streaming technology
  • Experience with programming languages such as C++, Python, Java, JavaScript or TypeScript.
  • Familiarity with development tools, version control and areas such as cloud, web or multimedia technologies.
  • Clear communication and the ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Curiosity, creativity and a willingness to experiment with new ideas.
  • A proactive, organised and quality-focused approach , with openness to feedback and continuous learning.
