Job Description

Associate, Complaints – UK Transfer Agency Operations

We are recognized as a top innovator and an inclusive workplace, helping make money work for the world. We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Associate, Complaints, to join our UK Transfer Agency team in Manchester, UK – HYBRID.

In this role, you will:

  1. Investigate and resolve complaints received for our clients, attempting early resolution where appropriate.
  2. Own the resolution process, including drafting final responses and arranging compensation if needed.
  3. Ensure all work complies with relevant regulatory requirements including CASS, COLL, COBS, DISP, GDPR, and Consumer Duty.
  4. Escalate high-priority or high-risk complaints to management and analyze data to monitor performance and drive improvements.

To be successful, you should have:

  1. A combination of education, training, and experience demonstrating the ability to perform the role. A bachelor’s degree is beneficial but not mandatory.
  2. 3-5 years of relevant work experience preferred, but less experienced candidates will be considered.
  3. Experience in financial services operations or oversight is preferred.
  4. Willingness to develop skills in AI/Digital Tools is a plus.
