Job summary

Chadwick Nott is recruiting for an Associate/Senior Associate to specialise in procurement and public sector work within a leading Corporate Commercial team in Cardiff. You will advise public bodies, charities, education providers and commercial organisations on procurement and commercial contracting matters.

The role offers exposure to high-profile projects, complex agreements and opportunities to progress within a growing practice area in a supportive, collaborative team.

The Role

You’ll advise a broad client base, including public bodies, charities, education providers and commercial organisations, on a range of procurement and commercial matters.

• Advising on outsourcing, collaboration, framework and grant agreements

Candidate Requirements

We’re interested in hearing from solicitors who have experience in:

• Commercial contracts, procurement or public sector projects
• Drafting and negotiating complex agreements
• Providing commercially focused, pragmatic advice
• Managing matters with an appropriate level of autonomy

Knowledge of public procurement law would be advantageous, although candidates from a strong commercial contracts background looking to specialise further in this area are also encouraged to apply.
