Job summary

Errington Legal Recruitment Limited is seeking an Associate/Senior Associate in Insurance, Risk & Regulatory for a London-based role with hybrid working. The candidate will review policy wordings, advise on coverage disputes and manage complex litigation including subrogated recoveries and specialist court matters.

We are looking for 4+ years PQE in insurance/re-insurance, with the ability to handle high-value matters autonomously and a driven, ambitious mindset.

Qualifications

• 4+ years PQE with strong background in insurance/re-insurance law.
• Candidates from private practice or in-house within insurance market both considered.
• Able to manage complex, high value matters with minimal supervision.
• Ambitious and driven.

Responsibilities

• Review and draft policy wordings with a focus on property damage.
• Advise on complex coverage issues/disputes.
• Manage claims litigation including subrogated recoveries and CT/Technology & Construction Court matters.
• Play an active role in business development.
