Associate / Senior Associate Building Surveyor

We are seeking a talented Associate or Senior Associate Building Surveyor to join our market-leading Building Surveying team. You will support our professional services, working closely with renowned industry experts.

Responsibilities

• Handle professional building surveying instructions across sectors such as industrial, offices, retail, and residential, including LTA's, dilapidations, RCA's, and contract administration.
• Act as project lead, managing all stages of dilapidations, including client care, site surveys, fee proposals, invoicing, and negotiations.
• Manage an existing client base and develop new business.
• Mentor junior team members and support their APC preparation.
• Assist senior team and directors in client and service growth initiatives.
• Deliver exceptional client service and collaborate internally to complete projects efficiently.

Your Profile

• MRICS qualification.
• Experience with dilapidations and negotiations, with an interest in further learning.
• Ability to manage projects from start to finish or eagerness to develop this skill.
• Confident, enthusiastic, and motivated to progress.
• Experience working with landlords and tenants.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and report-writing skills.
• Experience in commercial real estate sectors such as office, industrial, hospitality, or retail.
