AtkinsRéalis Infrastructure division has a vacancy in our London office for an Associate Chartered Building Surveyor. The role involves working in a multi-disciplinary environment to deliver a full suite of Building Surveying duties. We offer varied and interesting work with high-profile public and private sector clients.

This position offers excellent prospects for an individual with a strong ambition to progress, who enjoys working collaboratively within a vibrant team, and has experience in managing client relationships, legal, and technical issues.

We seek someone with technical competence, the ability to manage a team, lateral thinking skills, exemplary communication abilities, and strong commercial awareness. The successful candidate will provide first-class service to our clients.

This is an excellent opportunity for an Associate Level Chartered Building Surveyor with post-qualification experience to develop their career within a forward-thinking organization.

Requirements:

• BSc (Honours) Building Surveying RICS Accredited degree.
• Experience in pre and post contract project management, capable of delivering this service effectively to clients.
• Willingness to travel as required.
• Awareness of BIM systems.
• Ability to manage and develop team members, including mentoring APC graduates.
• Experience in managing client expectations.
• Full understanding of Health and Safety requirements.
