Job Description:
The Associate Product Development Scientist DS1 is a key role within the Europe R&D team, responsible for insight development, design, and translation of product innovations, primarily in Chocolate. The role includes executing regional value leadership and supply security projects, providing deep technical understanding, and collaborating with lead markets to foster innovation. The incumbent manages product development activities and ensures project execution within the Europe R&D team.
This position requires technical expertise to execute projects, exploring new perspectives for brand solutions within the Chocolate portfolio. The role may also work across other product categories based on business needs, enabling flexible project resourcing.
