Job summary

You will collaborate with editors, reviewers, and societies to improve editorial workflows, recruit external editors, and help authors publish impactful research that advances science and healthcare.

Qualifications

• Demonstrate a professional level of written and spoken English.
• Record of publishing papers in scientific journals or equivalent.
• Strong editorial judgement with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfort with online platforms and publishing workflows.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate content as a partner to external editors.
• Manage editorial processes from submission through peer review to final decision.
• Engage with authors to help improve manuscripts.
• Recruit and coordinate external editors to uphold standards.
• Support editors and reviewers to enhance publication quality.
