Job summary

Stantec Consulting International Ltd. seeks an Associate Renewable Energy Design Engineer to join our growing renewable energy advisory team across Truro, London, Edinburgh and Bristol.

You will lead FEED, IE, OE and TA assignments from concept through construction, financing and acquisition with a focus on wind, solar and BESS projects. You will guide a dynamic team, foster client relationships, and contribute to business development while delivering high-quality technical advisory work and

Qualifications

• Experience delivering renewable energy projects or advisory services.
• Strong client-facing and leadership capabilities.
• Understanding of contracts, responsibilities, and risk management in energy projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead FEED, IE, OE, and TA assignments across the project lifecycle from concept to construction and acquisition.
• Manage project delivery and client relationships across multiple projects.
• Review technical and commercial documentation including contracts and financial models.
• Conduct site visits, construction monitoring, and tests; manage risks, schedules and deliverables.
