Spirehouse Recruitment in Bromsgrove (Hybrid) is seeking an Associate Recruitment Consultant to join our Public Sector Legal division, specialising in locum and interim solicitors within local government.

This role starts in a delivery-focused capacity, with mentoring to progress to a 360 Recruitment Consultant role within 3–9 months. The package includes a basic salary of £25,000–£28,000 plus an industry-leading uncapped commission scheme, with realistic first-year earnings of £35,000–£45,000.

Spirehouse Recruitment is looking for an Associate Recruitment Consultant to join our growing Public Sector Legal division, specialising in the placement of locum and interim solicitors within local government.

This is a genuine career development opportunity. You will initially join in a delivery-focused role, working directly with the Director to develop your market knowledge, build candidate relationships and support live recruitment assignments. Our structured training and mentoring programme is designed to support your progression into a 360 Recruitment Consultant role within approximately 3-9 months, giving you responsibility for developing client relationships, managing vacancies and generating revenue.

About You

We are ideally looking for someone who is degree educated, with previous recruitment experience. Candidates able to demonstrate strong intellectual capability, excellent written communication skills and professional credibility will also be considered.

You will be ambitious, commercially driven and motivated by career progression and earning potential. You will enjoy building relationships and understand that successful recruitment occasionally requires flexibility outside standard working hours to deliver an outstanding service to clients and candidates.
