Job summary

Bolton Resourcing Limited is seeking an Associate Recruitment Consultant or Resourcer to support experienced consultants in the Public Sector Recruitment space. The successful candidate will manage relationships with high-quality Interim candidates and collaborate closely with the recruitment team.

The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of the recruitment process, preferably with Interim Management experience, good time management, and sales skills. Offering a competitive base salary of around £30k along with an attractive bonus structure and benefits package.

An opportunity for an Associate Recruitment Consultant or Resourcer to join a leading recruitment consultancy’s specialist Public Sector interim division.

The role : Supporting experienced recruitment consultants by providing high quality Interim candidates and ensuring the recruitment team is in touch with the best professional Interim Managers in the Public Sector.This is a multi faceted role which will include proactive candidate relationship management and development, day to day liaison with the team of recruitment consultants and involvement in marketing campaigns and candidate/client events.

The company : A leading Consulting and Executive Recruitment business with clients spanning a number of industry sectors.The company provides high level Executive Search and Interim Management solutions. The candidate :The company is looking to engage with an Associate Recruitment Consultant or Resourcer who understands the recruitment process, preferably with experience of Interim Management from taking briefs to delivering high quality candidates.It goes without saying that you will be motivated, with good time management skills, sales experience and preferably degree educated.

The package: The base salary is in the region of £30k and will be complemented by a generous bonus structure and excellent benefits package
