Benchmark Staffing Solutions is seeking individuals interested in a lucrative and exciting career in Construction recruitment. We are looking to onboard an Associate Recruitment Consultant to support our continued growth.

The Associate Recruitment Consultant will be responsible for tasks such as screening candidates, building relationships, gathering information, and qualifying job specifications with clients. An ambition to develop is essential, as the role will expand to include client liaison with the support of our dedicated Learning & Development team.
