Recruitment being a sales role, you will be expected to hit targets and be motivated by earning commission on top of your basic salary.

What you’ll do:

As an Associate Recruitment Consultant, you will specialize in the Tech or Energy space, developing your knowledge within that area.

In training, you’ll undergo our intensive, award-winning training programme. After four weeks, you’ll graduate into an environment of learning, support, and success.

You will be trained in the recruitment process: candidate management, client relationships, sales, and negotiation. You will be responsible for business development to generate new clients, as well as placing candidates, negotiating, and selling opportunities.
