Supporting experienced recruitment consultants by providing high-quality interim candidates and ensuring the recruitment team is in touch with the best professional interim managers in the Public Sector. This multifaceted role includes proactive candidate relationship management and development, day‑to‑day liaison with the team of recruitment consultants, and involvement in marketing campaigns and candidate/client events.

Candidate

Preferred experience of interim management from taking briefs to delivering high-quality candidates. Must understand the recruitment process, be motivated, possess good time‑management skills, sales experience, and preferably hold a degree.

Package

Base salary in the region of £30,000, complemented by a generous bonus structure and excellent benefits package.
