Job summary

Reperio Human Capital is recruiting a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our Belfast team. From day one you will own a niche market and run the full recruitment cycle end to end, including sourcing, client briefings, interviews and closing placements.

We offer a structured 8–10 week training programme with a dedicated trainer and ongoing mentoring from senior consultants. Base salary starts around 26k–30k with uncapped monthly commissions and additional bonus potential in the first six

If you're in a sales or customer facing role right now and wondering what's next, this could be it. We're looking for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our Belfast office. No recruitment background needed. What matters is drive, resilience and the ability to build genuine relationships.

The role

From day one you'll manage your own niche market and run the full recruitment process end to end: sourcing candidates, understanding client needs, managing interviews, closing placements.

Our internal training programme runs for 8 to 10 weeks with a dedicated trainer, backed up by ongoing mentoring from your team leader and senior consultants.

Earnings

• Competitive base salary ( 26,000- 30,000 depending on experience)
• Consultants here earn anywhere from 1,000 to 15,000+ per month in commission
• Additional bonus opportunities in your first 6 months, on top of commission
• No cap on what you earn. Your income is driven by your own results.

Progression is based on performance, not time served. Targets for moving up are clear from the outset.
