Reperio Human Capital in Belfast City Centre is seeking an Associate Recruitment Consultant to own a niche IT recruitment desk from day one, running end-to-end processes from business development with clients to sourcing, interviewing and closing placements. You’ll benefit from an internal training programme, uncapped commission, monthly payments, and ongoing mentoring.

Associate Recruitment Consultant | Belfast City Centre | Uncapped Commission

The role

You’ll manage your own niche market from day one, running the full recruitment process end-to-end: business development with clients, sourcing candidates, managing interviews, and closing placements. You’ll be supported by our internal training programme, an 8- to 10-week structured course with a dedicated trainer, plus ongoing mentoring from your team leader and senior consultants.

Earnings

• Competitive base salary, plus uncapped commission, paid monthly
• Additional bonus opportunities in your first 6 months, on top of commission
• No cap on what you earn

Progression is based on performance, not time served. Targets for moving up are clear from the outset.
