Intermediate Capital Group (ICG) Real Estate Debt team in London is seeking an Associate, Real Estate Investment to support origination, diligence, underwriting, and monitoring of European real estate debt investments.

You will build financial models, assist with transaction execution, and help manage asset performance while collaborating with sponsors, lenders and advisors across Europe, with emphasis on French and/or German speaking markets.

• 2–3 years’ experience in real estate market via investing or advising.

You will be a core member of the ICG Real Estate Debt team (20 investment professionals) based in London.The role involves supporting the origination, diligence, execution and monitoring of Real Estate Debt investments across Europe. At this level, you will contribute to transactions through financial modelling, risk analysis, investment paper preparation and co-ordination of execution workstreams, while also supporting proactive asset management of existing investments.
