Associate Quantity Surveyor

An employee-owned surveying consultancy is recruiting an Associate Quantity Surveyor for its London team. The Associate Quantity Surveyor will manage residential and commercial work across projects, from early planning through to completion.

This Associate Quantity Surveyor position combines client advice, procurement input and project delivery. The Associate Quantity Surveyor will take day-to-day responsibility for commissions and coordinate with clients and project teams.

The Company

The employee-owned consultancy provides quantity surveying and cost management services for construction projects. Its London team supports clients and project teams with commercial decisions throughout delivery.

The Role

As Associate Quantity Surveyor, you will oversee cost management across a varied workload and provide clear commercial advice. Responsibilities include:
