Job Title : Associate Quantity Surveyor (PQS)

Location : Manchester (flexible hybrid working)

Salary : £65,000-£75,000 + additional benefits

A multi-disciplinary design led property consultancy with over 20 years’ experience delivering complex, large-scale developments across the North of the UK. Seeking a driven Associate Quantity Surveyor to lead and grow the QS team in Manchester. This is a unique opportunity to step into a high-level management role, overseeing a talented team and delivering some of the most exciting schemes in the North West.

The Role

• Lead, manage and grow a small QS team of 4 based in Manchester.
• Provide strategic oversight across the wider business to develop the QS business within a well-established (over 20 years in the North West) design and construction consultancy.
• Confirm key appointments and strengthen the team structure.
• Support business development — work winning experience is a bonus, but not essential.

Key Projects

You’ll play a pivotal role in delivering landmark developments in the North of the UK, including :

• High‑rise co‑living scheme (Multimillion £ development 500+ units)
• Build‑to‑Rent scheme (Multimillion £ development 400+ units)
• Major flagship regeneration projects across 2 major North West cities.
