An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a well-established construction consultancy firm that is rapidly expanding in the Oxfordshire region. They are seeking and exceptional Senior and Associate Quantity Surveyor to play a pivotal role in their growth plans.

The Role
As a Senior or Associate Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing complex projects from inception to completion. Your duties will include:

Preparing estimates, cost plans, and contract documentation

Managing subcontractor accounts and valuations

Negotiating final accounts and resolving contractual disputes

Mentoring and developing junior team members

Requirements

Proven experience in a similar Quantity Surveying role

Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills

Excellent communication and client-facing abilities

Proficiency in industry-standard software and IT systems
