Escalent's C Space unit is seeking an Associate Project Manager to support recruitment for online communities across global clients. You will collaborate with Project Managers, internal teams, and suppliers to ensure accurate data handling and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in project coordination or operations
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience handling sensitive consumer or participant data

Responsibilities

• Support setup and launch of new communities by coordinating with internal teams on site configuration, screener development, testing, and launch readiness
• Obtaining supplier quotes, preparing project costings, and coordinating with vendor partners
• Manage fieldwork, quota progress, reporting, and assigned project tasks to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met
• Review participant and reporting data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and quality
• Manage participant communications and onboarding activities, including invitations, reminders, status tracking, and project closeout tasks
• Handle consumer and participant data responsibly while adhering to privacy, security, and compliance requirements
• Identify issues, troubleshoot within established processes, and elevate risks when appropriate
