A leading engineering consultancy is seeking an Associate to join their Infrastructure Project Delivery Practice in Glasgow. This position involves managing project delivery from inception to completion, ensuring objectives are met within defined targets. The ideal candidate will have a chartered status and proven experience in managing large infrastructure projects. This role offers a hybrid working culture, allowing for flexibility while working on diverse projects nationwide and internationally.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience managing design and/or construction on large infrastructure projects.
• Experience delivering projects to time, cost, and quality objectives.
• Ability to manage and motivate a multi-discipline team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver projects to agreed targets for programme, budget, and quality.
• Identify and manage potential contractual/commercial risks.
• Lead the project team, facilitating communication and coordination.
