What You Would Get To Do

  • Manage and deliver independent event projects, including planning and execution of digital, virtual, in-person, or hybrid events of low to medium complexity, or support larger events as a team member.
  • Coordinate all event elements such as registration, transportation, accommodation, entertainment, gifts, audio/visual needs, webcasts, and staging.

Your Contributions

  • Support attendee and stakeholder communications.
  • Maintain task lists and timelines.
  • Manage specific event elements like F&B for larger projects.
  • Assist with Speaker Management and basic financial tasks, including budgeting, expense tracking, invoicing, and post-event reconciliation.
  • Travel as needed for site inspections and on-site event management.
  • Support vendor relationships and ensure compliance with client standards and policies.
  • Create value adds and demonstrate commercial awareness.
  • Share best practices and knowledge of suppliers, services, and venues.

Qualifications, Key Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in Event Management.
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently, and support project planning.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure.
  • Resourceful, proactive, and creative problem-solver.
  • Strong team player with customer focus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Highly organized and adaptable to changing demands.
