Your Role

Location: Central London

Reporting to: Project Manager

This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to build a career in project management. As Junior Project Manager, you’ll support the delivery of client work by helping manage timelines, keeping internal teams aligned, and ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.

You’ll work closely with consultants across ASO, Paid Acquisition, Creative, and MarTech, helping projects move forward efficiently and effectively.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Support the Project Manager in coordinating delivery across multiple client accounts and internal teams.
• Manage project timelines, task tracking, and delivery schedules to ensure work is completed on time and to a high standard.
• Assist with meeting agendas, client call recaps, and internal project documentation.
• Monitor project progress and proactively flag blockers or delays to the team.
• Maintain and update project management tools (Monday.com)
• Help schedule internal and client meetings, and follow up on outstanding actions.
• Support the standardisation of processes and templates across the team.
• There is scope and opportunity to grow into a full PM role over time as well as owning projects and tasks.

Who you are

• 1–2 years of experience in a project coordination or support role (agency or marketing environment is a plus).
• Exceptionally organised, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple moving parts.
• Clear and confident communicator — written and verbal — who enjoys working with different teams.
• Eager to learn and grow, with a proactive attitude and a strong sense of accountability.
• Comfortable using project management tools and platforms (or quick to learn them).
• Passionate about digital marketing, mobile apps, or tech is a bonus.
