You will collaborate closely with the Disney Entertainment group, including teams across Product + Technology, Content, Marketing, and various international business units. Under the guidance of LPMO program leaders, you will coordinate the delivery of work segments across multiple functional workstreams, divisions, and launch initiatives.

  • Stakeholder Management: Establish and maintain effective communication channels to manage stakeholder expectations, align priorities, and foster strong collaborative relationships across teams.
  • Teamwork: Promote a collaborative team environment by influencing colleagues, supporting teamwork, and motivating cross-functional groups to achieve shared goals.

  • Software Literacy: Basic proficiency and understanding of the software development lifecycle.
  • Global Experience: International experience preferred, demonstrating cultural awareness and adaptability in diverse markets.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with AI tools, Airtable, PowerPoint, Google Slides, Miro, Lucidchart, Confluence, Jira, Airtable, and Smartsheet to support effective project delivery.
Preferred:

  • Certifications: One or more recognized current project management certifications (IAMP, PMP, MPM, CSM, etc).
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, another business/tech field, or equivalent work experience.
