Job summary

Moody’s Insurance Operations team delivers accurate product fulfilment, client access and high-quality data across the delivery lifecycle. This role supports cross-functional teams to ensure timely software access, compliance and scalable workflows in a global business.

The Associate Product Operations Analyst collaborates with Sales, Client Service, Product Management and Finance to uphold operational discipline, optimise processes and adopt AI-enabled approaches responsibly.

Qualifications

  • Experience in customer service, administration, business operations, IT support, or operational support with a strong focus on accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Dedication to providing excellent client service to internal and external stakeholders and following up on queries and requests.
  • Ability to organise, prioritise and complete tasks during busy periods while meeting contractual obligations and service expectations.
  • Strong written and spoken English communication across departments including Sales, Finance, Product Management, Client Service, Technology and Risk.
  • Experience using reporting, data analysis and workflow tools to identify data quality issues and improvement opportunities.
  • Familiarity with using automation or AI-enabled tools to improve task efficiency and data quality.
  • Ability to identify AI-assisted process improvements with sound judgement and data protection awareness.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor completed sales orders, delivery requests and operational work queues using CRM and connected systems.
  • Complete client entitlement, fulfilment and delivery activities accurately so clients receive software access and services on time.
  • Maintain accurate records including entitlement data, delivery records and audit trails for revenue recognition.
  • Support Sales, Client Service, Product Management and Finance by delivering, tracking and evidencing insurance product access for trials and contracts.
  • Set up and maintain client access to electronic services with accurate delivery confirmations.
  • Provide high-quality support for internal and external queries including product access changes and operational requests.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate and resolve escalated operational issues ensuring high service standards.
  • Run operational reports to identify data quality issues, delivery risks, and opportunities for improvement across Insurance product lines.
  • Assist continuous improvement by identifying recurring issues and proposing automation or standardisation of processes.
  • Use AI-enabled tools responsibly to improve accuracy and reduce manual effort in scalable workflows.
  • Reinforce data quality and process discipline in interactions with Sales, Client Service, Product Management, Finance, Technology and Risk teams.
  • Support governance, audit, due diligence and risk management by providing accurate, timely operational information.

Skills And Competencies
  • Experience in a customer service, administration, business operations, information technology support, or operational support role, with a strong focus on accuracy, attention to detail and timely delivery
  • Dedication to providing excellent client service, with the ability to support internal and external stakeholders professionally and follow through on queries, access issues and operational requests
  • Ability to organise, prioritise and complete tasks during busy periods, ensuring contractual obligations, service expectations and internal process requirements are met

Education
  • Undergraduate or first-level degree in Business, Finance, Operations, Information Systems, or a related discipline is preferred. Equivalent operational experience with demonstrable delivery, client service, data quality or process improvement outcomes will also be considered
Responsibilities

As an Associate Product Operations analyst, you will support accurate Insurance product fulfilment, client access, operational data quality and continuous improvement across the delivery lifecycle.

  • Monitor completed sales orders, delivery requests and operational work queues using customer relationship management and connected enterprise systems
  • Complete client entitlement, fulfilment and delivery activities accurately, ensuring clients receive software access, services, content, licence keys or other contractual deliverables on time
  • Maintain accurate operational records, including client entitlement data, delivery records, transaction notes, future delivery schedules and evidence required to support revenue recognition and auditability
  • Support global Sales, Client Service, Product Management and Finance teams by fulfilling, tracking and evidencing delivery of Insurance product access for trials, subscriptions, term contracts and ongoing commitments
  • Set up and maintain client access to electronically delivered services, ensuring access details, delivery confirmation and supporting records are handled accurately and in line with company policies
  • Provide high-quality support for internal and external client queries, including product access issues, user change requests and operational support cases
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to investigate and resolve escalated operational issues, helping to ensure clients receive a consistently high standard of service
  • Run and review operational reports to identify data quality issues, delivery risks, process exceptions, trends and opportunities for improvement across Insurance product lines
  • Support continuous improvement by identifying recurring issues and proposing ways to simplify, standardise, automate or improve manual operational processes
  • Use workflow, reporting and AI-enabled tools responsibly where appropriate to improve accuracy, reduce manual effort and support scalable ways of working
  • Reinforce process adherence, data quality and operational discipline in day-to-day interactions with Sales, Client Service, Product Management, Finance, Technology and Risk teams
  • Support internal governance, audit, due diligence or risk management activities by helping to provide accurate, timely and evidence-based operational information

The team plays a critical role in enabling scalable, high-quality fulfilment for a growing and increasingly complex Insurance product portfolio. They protect the business through strong operational controls, data integrity, and risk management and drive smarter ways of working through process optimisation, automation, and responsible adoption of AI-enabled approaches.
