Based in the iconic Battersea Power Station office on a hybrid schedule (3 days a week in-office), this role supports the European Product Development team in bringing innovative, consumer-first products to market across the UK and mainland Europe.

What You’ll Do

• Support the development and launch of successful, profitable products across EMEA.

• Conduct competitive and market research to identify gaps and consumer needs.

• Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams to align on product vision and goals.

• Plan and execute validation at each product build stage to gather meaningful insights.

• Create and manage product collateral including FAQs, in-box content, and how-to videos.

What You’ll Bring

• 1+ years of experience in product development or marketing, preferably in consumer goods.

• A consumer-first mindset with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and experience with tools like PARF or Salsify.

• Strong organisational skills and ability to work flexibly in a fast-paced environment.

• A growth mindset with the ability to learn quickly, adapt to change, and iterate with feedback.
