Based in the iconic Battersea Power Station office on a hybrid schedule (3 days a week in-office), this role supports the European Product Development team in bringing innovative, consumer-first products to market across the UK and mainland Europe.

What You’ll Do

Support the development and launch of successful, profitable products across EMEA.

Conduct competitive and market research to identify gaps and consumer needs.

Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams to align on product vision and goals.

Plan and execute validation at each product build stage to gather meaningful insights.

Create and manage product collateral including FAQs, in-box content, and how-to videos.

What You’ll Bring

1+ years of experience in product development or marketing, preferably in consumer goods.

A consumer-first mindset with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and experience with tools like PARF or Salsify.

Strong organisational skills and ability to work flexibly in a fast-paced environment.

A growth mindset with the ability to learn quickly, adapt to change, and iterate with feedback.
