They are seeking a Secondaries Associate to join their team in London.

Key Responsibilities:

• Transaction Support: Assist in the execution of secondary transactions, including LP stake sales, fund restructurings, and direct secondary deals.
• Due Diligence: Conduct thorough due diligence on prospective secondary transactions, including financial analysis, market research, and operational assessments.
• Financial Modelling: Develop and maintain complex financial models to evaluate secondary investment opportunities and support transaction structuring.
• Market Research: Perform in-depth market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks in the private equity secondary market.
• Deal Sourcing: Support the sourcing of secondary transactions through industry networking, relationship building, and market analysis.
• Documentation: Prepare detailed investment memos, pitch materials, and other transaction-related documentation.
• Client Interaction: Assist in managing relationships with clients, including general partners, limited partners, and other stakeholders, to facilitate smooth transaction processes.
• Industry Engagement: Stay current on industry developments, regulatory changes, and market dynamics to provide informed insights and recommendations.

Qualifications:
