Our client, an award-winning private equity fund specialising in secondaries is looking for a junior associate to join its investment team in London.

The ideal candidate will have 2- 3 years experience preferably within M&A Corporate Finance or investment banking

The key functions of the role would be to evaluate potential deals from early screening to advanced stages of analysis. Also undertake company, financial and industry due diligence across wide range of sectors

Moreover you would be required to prepare qualitative and quantitative analysis (including financial modelling and valuation analysis) for presentation to Investment Committee (which as an Associate will also attend and contribute to presenting)
