We’re working with a Tier 1, highly regarded, and well-capitalised private equity secondaries platform to hire an Associate into its London team.

The Role:

You’ll support the full investment process across a broad range of LP-led and GP-led secondary transactions, including deal sourcing, financial analysis, due diligence, execution, and portfolio monitoring. This is an outstanding opportunity to join an experienced team with a global mandate and exposure to complex, high-profile deals across private markets.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2–4 years of experience in private equity, secondaries, investment banking (M&A), or principal investing
• Strong modelling, valuation, and transaction execution capabilities
• A solid understanding of private equity fund structures and secondary market dynamics
• Proactive and analytical team player with a low-ego, collaborative approach
• Previous exposure to secondaries is a strong plus, but not essential
