Matchtech Group is seeking an Associate or Principal Geo-Environmental Engineer to lead the Land Quality & Remediation team across the UK, with Nottingham or Stoke as a base, and hybrid & flexible working. You will oversee site investigations, contaminated land assessments and remediation, drive business development and client relationships, mentor junior staff, and help shape the future growth of the consultancy.

The role combines technical leadership with project delivery and budget oversight.

Formación

• Degree in a relevant discipline.
• Chartered status desirable.
• Proven experience managing projects, teams, clients and budgets.
• Strong business development and client-facing experience.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Experience with planning and regulatory frameworks.

Responsabilidades

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Geoenvironmental Consultant to join a growing Land Quality & Remediation team, leading a diverse portfolio of contaminated land, site investigation and remediation projects across the UK.

What You\'ll Be Doing

• Proven experience managing projects, teams, clients and budgets
• Degree qualified in a relevant discipline
• Chartered status desirable
• Strong business development and client-facing experience
• Commercial awareness and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent technical reporting and communication abilities
• Experience delivering projects within planning and regulatory frameworks
• Full UK driving licence (or ability to travel to project sites)
