This role sits at the heart of our leadership structure, working closely with the Principal and Senior Leadership Team to;
Lead the operational and strategic development of the Senior Campus strengthening teaching and learning across Years 12–13, building a cohesive, values-driven culture across both campuses, supporting staff growth through coaching, inquiry, and professional learning and enhancing pathways through strong relationships with tertiary providers, industry, and community.
