Job summary

Rolleston College is seeking an outstanding leader to join our team and help shape the ongoing development of the Senior Campus, overseeing Years 12–13 and strengthening teaching and learning across two campuses.

Reporting to the Principal and Senior Leadership Team, the Associate Principal will lead operations, foster a values-driven culture, build staff capability, and strengthen pathways through relationships with tertiary providers, industry and community.

Qualifications

• Experience leading senior campus or large school teams.
• Strong understanding of te Tiriti partnerships and cultural responsiveness.
• Ability to coach and develop staff through inquiry and professional learning.
• Track record of shaping teaching and learning across Years 12–13.
• Experience in curriculum, staffing, systems, and school operations.

Following the promotion of our Associate Principal, we are seeking an outstanding leader to join our team and help shape the ongoing development of our Senior Campus.

This role sits at the heart of our leadership structure, working closely with the Principal and Senior Leadership Team to;

Lead the operational and strategic development of the Senior Campus strengthening teaching and learning across Years 12–13, building a cohesive, values-driven culture across both campuses, supporting staff growth through coaching, inquiry, and professional learning and enhancing pathways through strong relationships with tertiary providers, industry, and community.
