Gravesham Community Hospital is seeking an Associate Practitioner to join Sapphire Ward, delivering high-quality rehabilitation care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. You'll work within a multidisciplinary team to support patients to regain independence and achieve their goals, developing core clinical skills and providing patient-centered care.
The role requires NMC registration, experience in health or social care, and strong communication.
