Would you be interested in joining a well-established, multi-disciplinary property consultancy to assist in the growth and development of their Civil & Structural Team in Reading?
The work includes a wide variety of building structures projects, from large complex schemes up to £200m to small, local client schemes. Projects are both UK and international, involving clients such as F1 Teams, motor manufacturers, schools/universities, contractors, and developers.
The firm has been operating for over 50 years, continually invests in its people, and stays updated with new technologies. With a low staff turnover, they pride themselves on technical excellence and delivering projects on time and to high standards. The business employs over 1000 staff across the UK.
This is a client-facing role involving managing the civil and structural team, client interaction, and business development. Responsibilities include team management, financial oversight, and growth development.
You must be Chartered MICE or MIStructE and have experience in a similar lead role.
