Would you be interested in joining a well-established, multi-disciplinary property consultancy to assist in the growth and development of their Civil & Structural Team in Reading?
The work includes a wide variety of building structures projects, ranging from large complex schemes up to £200m, to small local client schemes. Projects are both UK and international, with clients such as F1 Teams, motor manufacturers, schools/universities, contractors, and developers.
The firm has been operating for over 50 years, continually invests in their people, and stays up to date with new technologies. They have a low staff turnover and pride themselves on technical excellence and timely delivery of high-standard projects. The business employs over 1000 staff across the UK.
This is a client-facing role, where your responsibilities will include managing the civil and structural team, engaging with clients, and winning work. You will be involved in business development, financial management of your team, and fostering team growth.
You must be Chartered MICE or MIStructE.
Experience in a similar lead role is essential.
