Job summary

Infosys Consulting is seeking an Associate Partner to drive growth in the High Tech and Semiconductor sectors. You will lead transformation engagements, manage key accounts, and act as a trusted advisor to client executives, shaping strategy and delivering value across large, complex programs.

The role requires 10+ years in management consulting, 5+ in the high tech/semiconductor space, and the ability to travel extensively. Master’s in Engineering and fluency in German and English are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to capture and sell transformation solutions for high tech/semiconductor clients.
• Accountability for consulting revenues and operating margins for key accounts.
• Act as trusted advisor to client executives guiding industry and client strategy.
• Manage business opportunities at key accounts to secure delivery of high-quality services.
• Ensure delivery of services on time and within cost; develop risk-aware processes.
• Coordinate relationship-building with partners, engagement managers, and SMEs.
• Drive proposal development highlighting Infosys Consulting value and differentiators.
• Mentor subordinate managers and support their professional growth.
