Qualifications

• Strong all-round commercial Building Surveying experience.
• Experience generating work and developing client relationships.
• Comfortable leading complex instructions and supporting junior colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Leading complex professional and project-led Building Surveying instructions.
• Managing key client relationships and accounts.
• Generating new work from existing and new clients.
• Preparing and negotiating fee proposals.
• Supporting the management and development of junior team members.
• Contributing to the continued growth of the Leeds Building Surveying team.
